Level 60 Disciple of Hand Recipe not available

Hi FFXIV Team,

I have a lv 60 Armorer. And when I want to continue the Class Quest, I need to craft Adamantite Lorica of Fending HQ.
But I cannot find the Adamantite Lorica of Fending in my recipe.
My last recipe is Adamantite Chain Hose of Fending.

Is this a bug?

Do you have your masterbook III bought with Blue Scripts?

No I dont.
So does this means I have to buy the Masterbook III to unlock the rest of the recipes?

Yes you have to get the master book for I think all of them. Culinarian might be the exception.
