MRD Grind areas?

I am a level 50 Mrd and I am looking for a good grind area so I can build up Spiritbind on my old gear. Made a whole set of Cobolt gear and would like to craft my own Materia. Thank You

Put together a PT and go to the beastmen strongholds and camps.

My bad. I am looking for a solo area when I do not have time to hunt for a party.

for solo, do company leves, but seriously, the strongholds are the best spot you will find by far.

I have a feeling some searching may be in order. With so many people playing in parties or those that solo feeling like leves and the occasional behest are the answer, the information of where to solo at 50 for spirit bondage may be lost for some time.

sidenote: Northeast~east-ish of Camp Broken Water, there's some quartz coblyns that range from 43~49ish. Wondering if the other rank 40 aethrytes may have something worthwhile to begin thy investigation.
