NINJA BUFF PLEASE.

Before everyone rages on me and says we don't need a buff. just going to say there's a leader board post showing the highest to lowest dps chart of ppl who beat A1S-A4S and Ninja is always stuck at a constant 1200ish type parse while everyone else is at an easy 1300-1400 parse without any trouble. i'v been playing my class like i always have and ninja been a great class since 2.5 but since heavensward the class feels very under powered for A Regular Dps FYI its not support. so i don't understand why its not doing amazing damage like MNK or DRG. here the Link

Okay, ninja isn't much weaker than the other melees.

1.) A1 and A2 have adds so caster dps numbers are going to be fluffed quite a bit
2.) Ninjas are the weakest in terms of aoe burst
3.) NIN is weaker than the other melees but provides Trick Attack and Goad and aggro modifiers

Using raid parses is kinda bad to determine if a job needs a buff. Look at SMN in FCoB. While the job was fine itself, it was put in a situation where it was always going to weaker than a BLM.

SE might just give NIN a pity buff and only add a very small potency increase to a couple of skills

EDIT: Also the problem with nin parse numbers is that NIN dps doesn't depend on the player skill alone. For all we know, those players could of really bad latency issues.

The class beat savage without feeling like it was carried.That says enough

Ninja doesn't need any buff, imo it's in a very comfortable position atm, without being very strong hence fearing a nerf, or very weak hence desiring a buff.

It is NOT a support, it is a burst DPS with perma GL2 and the easiest to extend and an access to utility to Goad, and Trick Attack.

The class is very desired in every RAID party, and here you are, whining and asking for a buff.

If NIN is buffed to be able to do the same DPS like DRG or MNK, then no raid party will ever, EVER, want to recruit any DRG or MNK, and just run Double NIN as their melee DPS.

If you're doing 1200 DPS and still not happy with what the class is bringing alongside that 1,2k DPS, then NIN isn't the class for you.

Though, mudra lag is an entirely different issue.

It is NOT a support, it is a burst DPS with perma GL3. It's actually a permanent GL 2 not 3 if ur comparing similar numbers.

While I agree that NIN needs some things adressed (no buffs), All these Ninja thread make us look like crybabies.

Wasn't there a ninja in every world first and second savage clear?

İf you compare this chart ninja dps in not bad. Ninja pt utiliy is betther than another melee class. ( monk 0 dps utility for pt member ) Pt buff + top dps must not acceptable

Ninja doesn't need a damage buff atm.
A TP cost reduction, sure, but the damage is fine considering the abilities Ninja has.

If they would fix Mudra lag or lag in general (and TP oc), that would already be a nice dps increase for me. I do a good amount more dps if my ping is below 120 (normally ~200). I dont want more buffs, just lag fix and TP. But the first one will never happen :-(
