Character location bug

I was doing quest at Limsa Lominsa Lower Deck. Then my character reached this location which caused my client to crash continuously (everytime I relog). Please help relocate my character, and show me if there's any solution to this crashing problem (this is my 2nd time having this issue).

Additional information:
-My other character in the same account can login perfectly fine
-I've tried logging in with my friends' computer, and it crashes still.
-I've tried deleting .cfg files
-I've tried reducing my video setting to absolutely nothing (minimum) though my pc runs in max setting just fine.

Hi I can already login after 30+ tries, without any idea how I did it... However please support me on how to prevent this crashing to happen, because I really don't want to waste hours once again
