I'm looking to create a new static for a hardcore, progression group. After leading a very successful, consistent group from 2.0 to 2.55 (cleared everything pre-echo, consistent members, close-knit vibe), we decided to disband, I took a break from leading, and eventually joined a pre-existing static. We've been raiding together since 3.0, but due to very recent time issues, I've decided to leave and pursue creating a group in which I'm 100% happy and confident with.
About me:
I've been playing the game since beta, and I've always been passionate about leading. I created a Free Company name Genbu Slayers, in which casual play and learning at a basic/intermediate level is the standard. I have a great deal of interest in learning and innovating, which has given me a (small) name for my Bard. I'm also a firm believer that you never stop learning, so if you think you know everything... we'll probably clash ;).
The group:
The only confirmed slots at the moment are Bard, Monk (Chun Believeable), Dragoon (Omnipotent Dragoon), Warrior (Reikozu Dreadaxe), Scholar (Link Kitties), Black Mage (Kal El), and Dark Knight (Seto Lair). I'm looking for exceptional players, who're willing to listen and grow. It doesn't matter if you lack experience, but rather how quickly you're willing to learn and adapt. Confidence is key, and being able to put yourself in uncomfortable situations so that you're eventually comfortable is encouraged.
I'm looking for one healer. Any composition is fair game right now, but I'd rather not double up on jobs for a few reasons.
Raiding schedule:
Right now we're looking at a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule, from 8EST to ???. The end time is up to the entire group, but it's extremely flexible. Going earlier will be difficult, and any other day won't suffice (work schedule). Also we'll be using TeamSpeak3, and most likely will have a google+ hangouts for outside-FFXIV communication.

Hi there, we are a new group attempting to form a static savage group. We only have experience in A1S, but we are not afraid to learn and we're cool people that like to have fun while progressing.
We are part of a great FC with tremendous leadership and fun people.
