Steps:
Step 1. I Had arranged a Platinum Eternal bond ceremony with the character 'Emron Aarma' at 8pm on the 9th September 2015
Step 2. Arrived with guests in party at 8:12pm
Step 3. Guests entered the chapel and moved to the waiting room, myself and Emron moved to the dressing rooms as normal, promise wristlets equipped.
Step 4. One of our party members (character name Mideel Zor) disconnected and then reconnected dropping him from the party briefly, party leader was unable to re-invite him (reason given as him being 'in duty').
Step 5. We agreed on the ceremony plan and went to activate our Eternity bells to start the ceremony.
Step 6. Each attempt to use the bell failed and we both received the error message 'unable to execute at this time'
Step 7. We tried using the bells from both our key items tab and the small icon in the quest log, neither worked.
Step 8. The timer ran out and we were kicked out of the Ivory chapel and instructed to re-schedule.
