[dev1032] Enhancment Attack Power Actions not working

Can I please get some help looking into this?

Yes I made a thread in Battle Mechanics but can't get anyone to help me verify this out side of my circle of friends.

I've been soloing on both PUG and ARC for the past day testing some things out and Ferocity, Raging Strike do not add any extra damage to weapon skills I use.

I checked they are not elemental based weapons skills I am using.

Concussive Blow II, Victimize, Quick Nock, Multishot are not working with the attack buffs, anyone else having this issue?

Checked normal abilities like Light Shot and Light Strike and they aren't working with anything.

Pug is rank 22 and ARC is rank 30

Can I please get some others to verify this? Don't just post saying it works as intended, please actually do the tests first then post your results.

I don't know if this is on all classes or only affecting some classes but can I please get some testers?
