When i completed the quest, the reward is supposed to be the helmet and chestpiece, i only got awarded the helmet, and now am stuck in main story

You sure your chest piece didn't just end up in your inventory? Maybe your armory chest was full so it went to inventory instead

nope, i had room in my armory for the robe, and even then, it wasn't in my inv, i checked before reporting it, and was then told to post here instead
