Can you both recruit someone and be recruited by that person?

Hello,

Playing with a friend we were wondering can I send him mine recruitment code and recruit him, and can he then recruit me also?

This way we both get bonusses please let me know!

That's not possible.

You can only recruit someone who hasn't paid for their subscription yet. Once you pay for a sub, you are no longer recruitable.

And you can only recruit after subscribing

We only bought base game, no game time or subscription.

Yes you can. You both need to meet the requirements. As long as you meet those requirements, you can recruit each other.

What that means is that you both need to have bought the game and are still under the free 30 days. If you have subscribed (after the free 30 days ended) or added a game time card (anytime for this; you need not have completed the 30 days), then it's not possible.

How do I know? Because I did just that. In fact, there was an entire thread dedicated to new players who wanted to exchange codes. So, unless SE changed it, which I am unaware of, the poster above me has no idea what he is talking about.

Sorry for hijacking thread; but where do I find my code? I'm in my first month subscribing and want to help others by giving the code. Thanks in advance.

Sorry. I stand corrected. I never saw my recruitment code thing until after I subscribed and assumed only subscribers could recruit.

To the hijacker, you have to send a recruitment email to yourself via mog station
