Seems someone took the Valentino outfit and took quite a few liberties at customizing the art of the character. It's quite good art, at that.

Those are the wedding tights for female characters.

Also the apron is the valentine's event one but it looks nothing like that in game.

They would have to be an edit then, which is what I was assuming since the apron is an obvious edit. I just liked the result.

It's just the Valentione Apron Dress with everything removed but the apron.
