WAR
What we expect from you :
-a2s cleared
-can listen in voice chat (TS/Discord) and call out mechanics if needed
-have communication outside FFXIV (Whatsapp/Line)
-smart and open minded (we dont take excuses like "I already watched the video", you adjust and improve based on static)
