Tome Exchange suggestion

Hi! So, when I came back to the game after I finally had the money to do so, I found that tomes of Soldiery were outdated, and could be exchanged for tomes of Poetics.

Once I played through the content from the patches and in Heavensward, it got me to thinking...
Maybe there should be some way to convert/exchange Poetics tomes into Law tomes.

Everyone I've spoken with on the subject don't even understand why Poetics are still around; Once people reach level 50, they can just buy the gear they need from a vendor in Ishgard. As they play through the storyline, it gears them up properly for their main class.

I haven't spent a single Poetics tome since I returned to the game. Rather, I'm in the "farm for Law" phase.

In conclusion, I'd like to suggest (unless it's already implemented and I just haven't found it) an in-game way to exchange tomes of Poetics for tomes of Law.
