Lag, Error 90002, disconnects. HELP

I'm just kind of frustrated already because this is happening randomly around 4x per week average. There are times where I can play this game without any kind of lag, disconnect or whatnot, but now, the problem is happening over the past 2 days now.

At first, I tried to troubleshoot our connection and check if it's a problem on our side. Cables are okay, did a ping and trace route with google and turned out fine as well, even tried playing other MMOs (GW2, ESO and TERA) and no problems as well. Only issue is with FFXIV.

Then, I tried speculating maybe this is only happening on Tonberry, so I tried pinging my previous server, Masamune, same results. I get around 20-30% packet loss in 10~20 pings. Trace routes don't come clean as well. See ping and trace routes HERE.

And then, I tried pinging some NA servers, and... I have high ping (typical for NA based servers for me) but no time outs. Clean trace routes as well. Pics HERE.

Already rebooted/powercycled modem, router and PC. Next in the list is to powercycle my life.

tl;dr Why does my connection with JP servers suck, while NA has high ping but stable connections? Any advice will help a lot.

I'm having the same problem since I installed Heavensward at the end of August. I returned to Eorzea and could stay logged in just fine at any hour, then – I don't know if it's a coincidence – I installed Heavensward and at evening time (I'm GMT+2 in Europe), I'm getting 90002 Error every 20-30 minutes. And of course, everytime I fall, I've to wait a few minutes because it believes I'm still logged in.
During afternoon everything is fine, but in the evening I've this situation. And starting from tomorrow, I'll be able to play seldomly only in the evenings...!

I've already wasted many HQ materials on crafting due to this and learned that I can't craft anymore in the evening. Hey, that is strange to say!
Anyway, I did some connectivity tests and tried other online gaming and everything is fine. My server is japanese, and in the past it was usually even faster and smoother in the evening, since it's morning in Japan.

I know 90002 errors topics usually don't get answers, but maybe me and the Lalafell above could have one from someone who had a similar issue (and I've seen several topics about this error and about this disconnection every 30 minutes) and now solved it, and could tell us how.
