Grand company leve question

I'm a serpent corporal but I can't seem to get access to gc leves. I'm talking to the npc in Hawthorne but there's no gc leves offered by her... Hmmm.... What am I doing wrong?

There's 2 levemete npcs in Whitebrim:
Voilinaut and Lodille

Lodille is the one who gives the grand company leves. Be aware you may need to complete the lv.40 quest by Voilinaut to unlock leves in Whitebrim.

Generally GC leves are available from NPCs in special locations only, and they are specifically designated Grand Company Levemete. They are not available from usual levemetes.
