What are these for?

They look like some kind of tv screen. Are they used for anything or just decorative? I just noticed them and they're all over the place.

Usually only used to display when a event is currently going on at one of the many main stages around the saucer. You'll know when one is in effect once a cactuar appears and flashes on those screens. That's about it honestly.

Seems like a lot of wasted potential.

Yeah wish I could watch pvp or dungeons runs with these babies.

Or have at least some filler passive information, like cactpot winning number. (That is, the one most recently drawn) It wouldn't make much difference of course as you still need to run to the desk to claim the price and get new ticket but would be sort of place thematic "current" information that's yet passive enough to not be a huge strain on the server.
