During a run of Sohm, I got in a group which vote-kicked me when I reminded them of a mechanic on the second boss which got us all killed because I was the only dps paying attention to it.

I felt it was unfair (as I was doing my job correctly and merely tried to correct the mistake which caused us to wipe), and spoke with a friend about it, who prompted me to file a report.

Less than an hour later, GM Rohirthorn contacted me, and was very polite and understanding about the situation. I immediately felt reassured, as this was the first MMO where filing a report actually led to something.

Big thank you to Gm Rohirthorn for the prompt response and understanding how devastating it was when I suddenly found myself vote kicked for reminding others of boss mechanics.
