Fate timers on map

Did SE remove the fate timers on the map? My husband plays on ps4 and when he opens his map there are no fate timers on it or the percentage left on the fate. It shows that there is a fate just doesn't show time remaining or how much percentage of the fate is done.

Um, doesn't look like they did, this is from my PS4 taken at this moment, and every thing seems to be in working order atm, maybe he has an option clicked off/on or something?
