Please, make finding FC easier!

Right now it's difficult both for the player to find/switch FC and the members from an FC to make their FC visible. Unless a FC has a house, there's no place to see which FC are active or even how many there are and what they're called.
Please add a board (like the market board) with a list of FCs currently active on server to make finding them easier.

I tend to agree with the recommendation. I really don't understand how to choose a FC and haven't really found an easy way to research them. I just happened to be solicited (in-game) so I joined one.

I have only been playing the game for about a week though (and have never played a MMO before) - so everything is pretty new to me. Quite overwhelmed at times - other than just following the missions and tasks that the game is feeding to me.

Honestly I didn't even join an FC until I was well into the endgame.. (yes I waited out all those story queues by myself, as DPS) I was solicited many times, but only one person who actually spoke to me about joining an FC was nice enough to, yanno, talk to me as a person instead of "join my fc" only. Ended up joining their FC about a month after I joined the game (I had finished the 2.0 story and was going through the patches, and working on my relic...this was probably back in November). We're all close friends now.

A board or something..would be nice to search but really the only way to find an FC for you is to talk to people.

I have a suggestion. Since we have Grand Companies, why can’t we have a member of a GC which acts more like a Free Company representative who has a list of all active Free Companies? That way people can quickly browse for a free company. It could even be sorted into languages (on Zodiark there’s a lot of Dutch, French and other language speaking players outside of English) or member size etc.

Hm I would approve of something like this. It would be better then spamming everyone, in which was not my means of recruitment but I; and I would imagine everyone here has been subjected to at some point in time. Kind of bothersome. This way those seeking can find what they are looking for.!

Awe wish I saw you in game, my FC is recruiting so that we can reform ourselves. We are casual players and "most" FCs are more "hardcore" focused. Oh well if you ever decide to change our doors will be open.
