Suggestion: (Dyeable) Dragonet minion/companion, and... [SPOILERS!?]

I can't remember the little guy's name off hand, but the first thing I'd thought of doing the major quest chain in Anyx Trine with the Dragonet was that I'd definitely want to see one as a companion or minion at some point within the 3.x timeline. As do a lot of people, I assume-- considering their appearance is similar to the Wyvern partners DRG had in Final Fantasy XI.

While the chances of having a Dragonet companion seem to have been debunked in a live letter previous, I want to suggest that regardless of whether or not it turns out to be battle capable, that players should be able to customize its color in the Dye system. Would that even be possible, or would technicalities around how minions work prevent it from being a thing? OR! Would said technicalities open up the possibility of having other minions be customizable to be unique to the player?



While we're at it, I want to reiterate my previous minion request a little more directly since that thread's too old to update-- definitely want to see some sort of drop, craftable or buyable Living Liquid (or would it be a Living Puddle!?) minion. Transformable? Mini jiggle physics? I can't wait to struggle through Gordias to fight this thing, by the way.
