Progression Static LF skilled OT WAR for A3S and beyond.

WAR:
Looking for OT WAR with ilvl 200 weapon and full knowledge of your job. Melded accessories is a plus but not required. Must be able understand the how to use cooldowns properly and stance dance to maximize damage.
