All I have is a 16 digit code not the 20 digit item code. I don't see it and I can't remember where the code was from when I got it with previous OST

Mine was on a small piece of paper that was wrapped around the spine of the CD on the outside.
What Tylandria said. On the inside of a small bit of card wrapped around the spine of the CD case (between the plastic wrap and the CD sleeve). It was the same on the A Realm Reborn OST too.
Well crap. I think i unwrapped it and didn't see it and threw it away with the plastic wrap at work yesterday and it was trash day :<
