Constant 90002 on PS4

When problem first began: 09/17/2015 21:00

I keep getting disconnected even though I have excellent Internet connection. I cannot Finnish quests, interact with NPC's, teleport, battle interact with log out or exit game options. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off internet reconnected internet, done a world transfer from exodus to Ifrit, nothing works. Support and GM keep giving me the run around please someone help me.

Thanks for responding, what makes you think that? Everything else is running perfectly fine I can even make new characters and keep playing its just those other two I have problems with.
