About Whistle while you work.

I was making Astral silk, 60lv star 2 item. When durability 10 and HQ 100%, 1375/1436(maybe, but i could succeed it with careful synthesis 2). My whistle stack was 1, and condition was good. I was curious how much whistle increases progress, so I activated 'trick or trade', to make whistle stack 0. But when whistle stack goes 0, finishing touches 'failed', and I lost all ingredients :mad: . It worths over 1mil gil now in market! :mad: :mad:
When whistle stacks go 0, then finishing touches activated and progress increases incredibly. But there is no word about 'probability of success'. :mad: I didn't even imagine it would failure.
So I used support desk to talk about compensation, but GM refused to give it.(They said it is out of their order. What the...)
I want compensation of this tooltip error and want SE to fix tooltip error :( .
