There are no characters available for a World Transfer. ??

i fit all the status to transfer server, but mog station is keep saying that

1. my retainers are not from 1.0, have 0 gil, no items on sale, and not in venture
2. i dont own more than 1m gil
3. im not in any FC
4. i logged out from residental area
5. i have $18

whats the next problem? anyone had same problem?

There world your trying to transfer to may just be full :(

If I understand that correctly you logged out in a residential area, according to the transfer rules.

Your character must be logged out outside of any instanced areas including dungeons, residential areas, and the Ivory Chapel.

so that might be your problem, go to a city and log out there if that's the case and you should be fine.
