What I usually did was select five trials, usually Garuda, Ifrit, Ramuh, Levi, and Shiva (since max five if you're selecting manually), all the HM ones only, and then just do like a "mini roulette". Those ones are usually completed fast enough.

Does unsynced content give light? If so, go solo halatali over and over; you can skip half of it and train kill the rest.

Fate 14 times at Middle La Noscea. I do it when I don't get bonus.

I did it slowly using Alexandrite maps and my High level roulette. Id get one done every couple of days.

I been doing BONUS primals but no one updating the Nexus Light reddit page at all had to bug my friend to update for me
