Static seeking top notch players

Newly formed static "Top Notch" is seeking players of exceptional skill level to join our ranks to down all content. This static is geared towards players that play at the absolute
highest ability of which their class can perform.

What will make us succeed?
I have a firm belief that for a static to succeed you must get along with everyone and be friends with everyone, that means EVERY SINGLE MEMBER. The trial process will last a week (or more) and won't consist of just raid content, but to see how you get along with other members. If you've been part of a static that lacks leadership or recruitment skills, you will not find that here. I am very persistent and will fill any gaps within the team quickly. (CONTINUED)

Okay you have me intrigued, what is your plan for raid days/times?
Raid days and times will most likely be 3-4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with 3 hour raid days. If you are a hardcore player that comes from a raid team that raided 7 days a week, I'm sure it's fair to say you've come across weak links. I'd be willing to bet that if you eliminated those weak links, content would die much more quickly and efficiently. Having a team of players whom work together flawlessly and team chemistry that is unmatched will outweigh any form of a "super hardcore" raiding schedule.
