So.. do any of you guys feel like the key item books from crafting have changed somehow?
I've been doing goldsmithing and weaving stuff today and both, inlaying and weaving training feel like they're not doing anything anymore. Synthing stuff that requires a training that I don't have seems to be exactly the same as synthing stuff that requires a training that I do have.
The impact the books had pre-patch seems to be gone. Anyone else feel the same or am I imagining things?

Book/facility requirements have been removed for all recipes (or maybe just new recipes). The devs are going to implement uses for them in the future or allow a refund of all your guildmarks if they end up not being used. Personally I think they are going to make it so that instead of books being required, they will make certain recipes easier to complete or hq or some other bonus.

I think they shut them off totally. I was doing a leve for a pre 1.19 item (raptor sinew cords) and the tawning training was white on the recipe window instead of the usual green. It also gave me a warning that the recipe would benefit from facilities. While we are on this subject, has anyone seen leves that make the new items besides materials (thread, cloth leather etc)? I was hoping there would be new crafting leves so we can see what the new items actually are (stats etc).
