Eternal Bond

Hello!
So, about a month ago I set up an Eternal Bond with another player. Then recently the player moved to a different world and I still have the quest "The ties that bond" and I want to get rid of it. If anyone could please give some feedback as to how I can that would be great!

Talk to the folks outside the Sanctum of the Twelve. I don't remember which person there does it, but someone there should be able to take care of it for you.
