Account re-activation e-mail not being sent

I went on vacation brought my PS3 along to play ffxiv but my account has been locked apparently and I suspect it is because I am logging onto it from a different network. The problem is it claims that an e-mail to re-activate it has been sent to me yet no email has been sent to my registered account. So basically I can't log in until I get that email but the email isn't being sent! I am almost worried that someone else has tried to get onto my account here but I think it's just some kind of weird glitch. Any help on this would be appreciated.
