The Three Collectors bug

I was working on this quest
i have arrived Observatorium
the Duty finder has form a completed group while i was talking to Hildibrand
i was send away for the duty
once i completed the duty dungeon
Hildibrand was no more
and I have no access to Battle on the Big Bridge
yet there are no NPC at the starting location
and The Three Collectors quest was not in completed journal

updated: only way is to log out
the quest will be in "incomplete" and abandoned it, go back to the giver and start all over again
