Please Allow Transfer & Upgrade Glamours (Pics Examples)

I don't think glamour is used often enough with gear upgrades, and it may have to do with how often we upgrade our gear and weapons that it seems a bit of a hassle to return back and do it over and over again.

With the new upgrades to gear/weapons coming in Patch 3.1, especially with relics coming, wouldn't it be amazing to perform an upgrade on your relic or item and this pops up?

Or maybe if you're replacing a completely different piece of gear that is non-upgrade-able, but you have the prisms to go ahead and do it:

Please consider allowing an easier transition from one piece of armor to the next. Even if we have to use a set item to do so, it would really add more personality to our characters.

They have trouble enough getting simple things coded into the game for quality of life stuff that other mmos have as basic things...
