Healing Macros.
Now I know macros can spam the chat, but I honestly think I should make macros so people know what to do on the fly instead of just running around or blatantly avoiding my heals, then saying I suck. I don't want super fancy or huge ones, I want for aoe heals "AOE heal get close!" or stuff like that. Is that a bad idea? Just curious dont be a jerk about it.
I have played Scholar to 50, Astrologian to 58, and currently leveling White Mage so I know I can heal good. I just need to know if this would benefit me.

While good in theory, I'm inclined to say its probably not necessary and would just be apt to irritate people if it went off frequently. The only macro I used for healing is one that announces who I am raising just to make sure me and another healer don't grab the same person. I'm only part way into AST but as WHM I don't run into people dodging my heals too often. Now and then I'll notice a lone bard standing at the opposite end of the arena but usually if I move between him and the rest I can reach fine. For raids etc I could maybe see having one off to the side encouraging people to stack that isn't connected to your actual moves just in case you have a party who needs a bit more guidance but aside from that I can't think of much cause for it. If someone is dodging your heals that frequently, give 'em a scare and let their health dip. XD. Nothing will send someone running to a healer faster than the fear of death.

personally i'd find that annoying, i'd only use it for abilities that are off gcd but its up to you in the end

I wouldn't recommend it. IMO, you should only use macros for raises and oGCD abilities.
Also, for the "AoE heal get close!" warning to have any noticeable effect, you'd have to use a wait command for the text to appear before the actual heal. The problem with that is that if the delay is too long, it risks getting people killed. If people are sharp enough to react to a short delay, did they really need a warning to begin with? Just my 2 cents.

Thank and yes sometimes dps will run away from my aoe heal so I warn them later to stay close and they sometimes say "Sorry thought range was bigger" so thank you I wont make them after all(: you guys helped a lot I did play a bit without them and saw that letting their health dip almost made them hug my legs d:

For healer i use a raise macro, an Eye for Eye macro and a Virus macro. Also have one to show my mp and mpp.

One for Virus, Raise, and Limit Break is enough.
If dps don't know the mechanics well enough to know when they have unavoidable damage coming, that's their fault. Also, assuming you're staying close to the boss, any DPS that's too far away to not get hit is probably sitting that fight out anyway.
