Having problems using a PS4 controller

I'm using DS4 to Xinput Mapper 1.2.2, it worked fine till yesterday.
I just connected my DS4 to my pc using USB while another program (BlueStacks witch CoC) was running, now the key wont work properly (i.e. R1=Down and other random things). Since I already tried to use DS4windows, reinstall DS4 to Xinput, reset the controller and so on I don't know what to do. The only possibly significant thing I noticed was that the pc find 2 controllers: as long as I don't open DS4 programs, the only one found is "Wireless Controller", when a DS4 program is opened it finds "Wireless Controller" and "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows". could it be the problem? How can I solve it?
