LFM BRD/MCH for A3Savage Progression, long running static

Static been going since 2.1, has cleared all content while it was current. We are at Hand of Pain segment of A3Savage and we need a MCH/BRD.

Must be team oriented, on time, and driven. All of us are hungry for the kills and are looking for a person within an equal skill level.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR BRD/MCH
Times: 6:00pst (9:00est) – 9:00pst (12:00est)
Days: Wed, Sun, Mon [ We are going longer on Sundays, sometimes up to 6 hours]

Necessary: Attendance, positive attitude, must be able to take constructive criticism.
It is everyone's responsibility to research strategies on their role in a specific fight to maximize their effectiveness.

Communication is a team effort, not an individual. My word is not law, to be effective everyone needs to be involved.

Rules

Attendance: Notify myself, cocaptain, or the group KiK at least one day but not later than one hour prior to raid time. 3 times breaking this rule can lead to dismissal from the team.

FOOD AND MEDS are your responsibility AND ARE MANDATORY. I will give you food at very low cost as I gather and make it myself. Potions I will give you at current market value of the mats I use which is currently 20-25k per potion.

Loot is TBD based on Alexander Hard rules. Overall it will be at the discretion of the captain and cocaptain and focus around the needs of the overall group to meet dps/heal checks.

We use "KiK" an app for smart phones , you need to as well.

Zero tolerance rule on any racist/homophobic/sexist remarks. All types of people are in this group and any bigotry is purely unacceptable.

About us:

Team Spark of Legacy FC Gilgamesh server: Legacy has been active since 2.0 launch and has a diverse player base. Team Spark is currently the longest running raid team from the FC and we have been active since 2.1 (January 2014).
