Stuck Between Worlds. Character Unusable.

I posted in technical issues before, but since then in game support told me to make a bug report here specifically.

ISP: Eastex
Type of Internet Connection: DSL
Internet Connection Speed: 3248 kbps
Date & Time: August 28th. About 12:30pm CENTRAL time.
Frequency: First time (Once)

Character Name: Buff Cookie (character featured as my avatar)
Race: Female Aura
World: Balmung
Class/Level: Bard (60)
Area and Coordinates: Between Zones. While loading in to Idyllshire.
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: Finished talking to ATMA npc in N. Shroud only minutes before.
Monster Name: None
In-Game Time: Not sure.

Steps:
1. Handed in all ATMA at N. Shroud Hawthorne Hut NPC.
2. Notice my LAW weapon for bard was missing for unknown reasons
3. Initiated teleport to Idyllshire to buy another.
4. Server DC'd me at the loading screen and booted me to the main menu
5. Upon going to character select, I saw this.

6. And this when attempting to log in as BUFF COOKIE

7. Attempted computer restart.
8. Attempted to log in to other character on BALMUNG (Saralin Belle). Success.
9. Attempted in game support via Saralin Belle (failure so far).

Character still unusable as of this post.
Saralin Belle is fully visible and usable, and she is also on BALMUNG.
