So does tonberry ever open?

Been trying to make a new character for 3 weeks now it still have yet to see the restriction lifted. When was the last time the server opened up?

i guess its almost permanent locked since the release of Heavensward. the only way in is by transferring.

or you can try getting in a few minutes before or after maintenance, i cant guarantee it though.

It opened once just before maintenance several weeks ago. But that's it. I got in by transfer to join my friend on this server.
