Teleport party members on chocobo while teleporting from chocobo issue

Steps:

1. Create 2 person party.
2. Party members stand near each other.
3. Summon your personal chocobo.
4. Party member summon personal chocobo.
5. Teleport anywhere while on chocobo.
6. Confirm teleport on prompt "Chocobo will not teleport with you."

Other player in party will not receive the teleport while on chocobo.
