Voting for the new Hairstyles?

First off, I'm sorry if this has been posted already.

Anyway, so today (according to the website) is the day that we can start voting for our favorite hairstyle for the Hairstyle contest. Supposedly the voting thread should be on this forum but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what the deal is here? :3

Perhaps still nursing a hangover? The day is not over yet so maybe just a few more hours
