We need an in-game parser

Hello! There is no sense in denying that most all end-game players, especially those on Savage, use third party parsers to evaluate dot. I can see why SE does not like the idea of allowing an in-game parser because of the abuse it could cause, but ppl use them anyway. I think that for some jobs where there is a number of rotations one could use, such as BLM, that it is almost impossible to tell which rotation is giving the best damage without using a parser or having a friend with a parcer help. People on PS3/PS4 have a serious disadvantage. I suggest that an area be created with striking dummies where one can privately calculate DOT in game. I don't want to shame others, but I would really like to see how much damage I am doing with various strategies. A bunch of numbers flying in the air tells me nothing. PLs Pls consider something like this.

It doesnt even have to be public, just private parser so if we want we can test stuff for ourselves.
