Has anyone had this proc at times other than the quest to obtain it? I've been mining for hours and nothing.

They have catalysts listed that are obtained by mining and logging too, and the quest and patch notes even say so. wassup with that....

spent 6 hours mining grade 4 coerthas, not one proc. procs on abilities in general seem to get shittier as you go up in grades.
