i198 PLD and i191WHM/DRG LF Static A3 exp A1/A2 on farm

Hi i198PLD and i191WHM/DRG LF a committed capable static. We have A1/A2 on farm and have A3 exp sadly only to nado phase. We're flexible in terms of schedule and committed to raiding. All voice comm options. I love PLD/tanking and have truly maxed my class/job/role. He's just a skilled player and great raider that can play w/e. On Faust in the few instances I had the chance to OT and not solo tank him I do over 1k dps and filtered just under. That's without path of course as I wouldn't be OT'n Faust with a war there. On the boss even when MTing I sustain well over 600 dps and in A2 do over 700 sustained. As a WHM he heals very well and has great timing and dps' when he can which he always finds a way. As a DRG his numbers are where they should be on all phases and fights with his ilvl and are at times higher then better geared dps. Oh and he is an absolute champ in the gobwalker in A2. Zenith <ZNITH> on Adamantoise is currently looking for a tank and a healer (WHM especially so I can go back to SCH >_<).

Zenith is focused on serious endgame progression through Alexander. Our previous FC's main static was very competitive in Coil progression but has dissolved due to chronic scheduling conflicts. The active members left to found Zenith. Most of us have cleared A1S and A2S, with some seeing far into A3S.

In our first week we ranked up enough to purchase a medium house, cleared A1S on the first raid day and consistently saw wave 9 of A2S the following 2 days, and will soon have our first airship. We will be cycling out a few trial members, so we expect to clear A2S on our next raid day. Times are T/W/TH 9-12 EST. You can view more about us and our application here. Tanks- Proper CD rotations, ability to adapt, aggro management and stance dancing at opportune times to maximize dps.

Healers- High raid awareness, ability to pre-cast heals/shields/buffs as needed and stance dance to provide additional DPS if required.

DPS- Proper cooldown rotations to maximize dps. Proper use of raid wide support buffs at ideal times. Ability to adapt quickly to mechanics.

Requirements:

Mumble with a working reliable headset/mic.
Flexible availability.
Progressed through A2S or close.
