Missing Wind Up Moogle

Hello I inquired about this a few weeks ago and was told to post in the bug forums.
issue: Missing Wind Up Moogle Minion
Character affected: Othos spellseed
Server: Ultros

Anyways I am missing my collectors edition wind up moogle after I received it in the mail along with my other collectors edition items. It made the collection soundbyte that plays when you learn or acquire a mount or minion so I know it was acquired and not in my mail. Can you guys please give me a new one or fix the issue?
