Bards and Machinist Read this; need inquiry

How do you feel your damage is right now? After a couple of matches today, I feel like literally everything I do (even during burst) hits like wet noodles. None of my shots are ever breaking 700 in GB.

I feel like the change hasn't really benefited as far as my output is concerned, and I feel that I'm doing significantly lower numbers nowadays (though that may be attributed to the astro buffs since the pve buffs directly affect PvP performance)

If you manage to be within that 15y sweet spot the damage is really good but other than that if you're too far or too close the damage will be terrible. My only suggestion is to get closer or move a bit back.

Not the point I was getting at. The patch yesterday supposed to have reduced the damage penalty inccured when you ahve GB/WM active, but I still feel like it's the same, if not worse since my shots are hitting for the 500-600 crits more frequently

I love it as mcn. I can murder dps easily. Love destroying smn with the unsuspecting between the eyes and fully buffed.

I was still seeing 4.9k In Between the Eyes after update so I think it's all in your head. Might want to look at post game dps scores as well from screenshots if you're worried.

I feel like it's even more stingy on the range penalty than before the update. I'm hitting 5k crits when I'm in sweet spot range, then suddenly I'm doing 1k crits when I'm just a little bit too close compared to sweet spot. My overall damage dealt as a MCH in frontlines has always been on the lower end of the spectrum because I'm usually the one making calls, and I focus my efforts usually on interrupting casts after my burst.

If you can't get 90k-130k dmg in a match with bard or mcn, then you're probably too timid. I make calls, too, so yes your dmg will be lower if you're leading.
