When I try and click play through the launcher, it is telling me I need to update my direct X.
I have set the launcher config to DX11 and I currently have 11.2 installed as per my DXDIAG system tab info..
Not sure what to do?

What happens if you try and run it with DX9? Also what version of Windows are you using? Is it a server version by chance?
Sorry, It was late and forgot to add all my info haha.
Am running windows 10 (fresh install), If by use Direct X 9, you mean in the launcher config flick the setting over to DX9 I have tried that but getting the same result.
Sounds like you may be missing some of the lower libraries. An issue that has been rearing it's ugly head with the web installers as far back as Vista. You can try the offline DX9 installers you can download here to see if it manages to unpack and register them properly (has been the fix most the time vrom Vista to 8.1...may still apply here):

Directx 11 is usually updated through windows update. I think it's worth a shot.
I have completed all windows updates.. still not working.
I'll try the DX offline installation.
The problem is Windows Media Player! No I'm not pulling your leg, it's the same with 8.1N. It will tell you that a particular library is missing and you get that by installing a Windows Media update direct from the MS website.
I can't recall which dll is missing but that's the problem.
This is what you need - hopefully it will sort it out.
