[Suggestion] Let the sellers/mender in the houses usable by all and --

Anyway My seggestion is to make the Junkmonger, Material trader and the Mender that u can hire for a FC house usable by even the non-FC member,

and a little % of the money paid will go the the FC Chest, so any FC can have a little income. (Like 5-10% no more)

I know that this will generate money from nothing but I don't know how this would cause an issue in the game, if it is so, they can just implement a feature where Master / Officers can put a certain percentage of tax (that will make those mats and services go over their usual prices) for FC members and not FC members.

The income will be automatically putted on FC chest.

I'm for the NPCs being used by everyone so friends can hang out at personal houses and FC houses that they don't belong to.

But i'm not for the funds going into the FC chest. The game needs more gil sinks as it is, not more ways to hoard / make money. It's already simple enough to make mils in game with very minimal effort.

Mmm are the game really sinking a lot less gils than how much it generate?
Consider that also new plots will be introduced "soon" and they a great gil destroyer.

Also maybe I explained myself badly, but in order to prevent any new gil sink/generation I suggested too that they could implement too an overtax to the actual price (like when you purchase somethign to the market board), and the gils spent to pay it will enhance the FC's capital, so FCs, if they want, can see their capital little by little grow costantly.
