AST 3.07 Bugs - CU and Synastry

Playing around with the abilities, I found that the two above named abilities either are bugged or were ninja-buffed without removing their tooltip information.

Collective Unconscious
With the new Regen effect, the bubble now does 2 things.
1. Applying a 150 potency Regen effect that last 15 seconds on anyone who enters, and is able to be Time-Dilated and COed.
2. Refreshing the said Regen effect every GCD for those still in the bubble or re-enter the bubble after leaving.

Now, the first I'm fine with, because it makes CU that much more appealing. It's the second part that makes me skeptical on the ability to refresh such a potent HoT to potentially 30 seconds. A potential 360 potency HoT with A. Helios and Benefic, Time Dilated and COed to 38 seconds and then 200 for 12 seconds?

Synastry
Currently, when you heal either yourself or the person you are bonded to, the bonded target ALSO gets 40% of the heal on top of the heal you had cast. That means, I can essentially bomb 8k Benefic IIs on my bonded target (5.8k normally + 40%) for 20 seconds.

This is definitely a bug or a tooltip error, as the current tooltip still retains what it was before, stating that only party members without the Synastry icon who receive a heal will divert 40% of that heal.

No doubt there will be an emergency patch tomorrow to fix these.

Regen refresh im not sure, Synastry is a tooltip translation error.

Notice how it says 'any other party member'. Not 'any party member'. That implies that directly healing your bonded target should not cause an extra 40%.

Make sure sure to put in bug reports.

According to reddit, the patch notes in other languages does not contain the phrase "any other member".

Implying that its working as intended.

I like the fact that you posted the information about the patch based on your personal experience; with this slight exception... since based on both a vast portion of the player base that experienced AST prior to these much needed adjustments reiterated the need for the changes just be on par w/ SCH and WHM in the game, SE also acknowledged the necessity to patch the job in order to ensure it performs as it should as a healing job... but stating "puts whm out of business", I believe is a little crass. I do not think this helps the perspective at all; since the goal is to ensure this awesome job can perform just as well as the other two to ensure the success of the party/alliance...not to out do or put another job out it's place... it's all about choices...

Thanks again for your personal observation, I have only tested a little due to my work schedule, but I had to say something about your comment noted above, since I would hate to give the DEVS or anyone else the unintentional impression that the needs associated with the AST fix were necessary to make the job on par (not to exceed) the other awesome healing jobs currently already in the game.

Yup, in the french tooltip, Synastry is working as intended.
Not sure about CU, but remember that it is our only healing spell between 50 and 60, so i wouldn't be surprised to have a really powerful spell since WHM got some nice CDs and SCH too...

So you want AST to lose their dignity of healers once forever.

That didn't take long.

im fine with CU applying regen for everyone for 15 seconds, it makes it at least useful. im probably not fine that re-entering it is reapplied again etc.
But at least its more useful now.
