1/3 time, 4 times higher pop chance. Well at least it isnt that time consuming now.
I'm happy with this change. My major complaint was the duration of the process. RNG will always be a pain so I still expect to see the occasional 0 node Favor, but at least it won't be a 15 minute long torture session.
