Housing on Zalera

Did you 10 char your own OP? Ha! :)

Anyway, I think housing on Zalera is pretty full, isn't it?
Hopefully the coming countermeasures will help ease things somewhat.

Imminent Countermeasures (Next patch or 2):
-Houses owned by someone who does not get online within a certain timeframe (30, 60... 90 days?) will be relinquished (details unknown) and the land will be made available again.
-Current houses will be able to transfer to other open plots, leaving open plots behind them as they move.

Longer Term Countermeasures (Not yet scheduled):
-More housing areas or more subdivisions or just more room
Pretty sure they want to see how the imminent countermeasures work out before they implement more room entirely.

When I bought my small housing plot in the Goblet a few months back, it was the last available plot on all of Zalera. Not 100% sure at this point in time, but as Raven stated the counter-measures should help free up a lot of plots in the coming months.

I have a small house for sale in mist with a good view and located right next to amenities. I actually came to the forum to post an ad for it. Looking for 7 mil, let me know if you're interested! ^^
