Realm Transfer time?

First off, this is my first post on this forum so I apologize if it's in the wrong area...

Anyways, I applied for a realm Transfer nearly 24 hours ago, trying to go from the Aether data center (Faerie) to the Primal data center (Hyperion). The money was immediately deducted from my bank account, but nothing...

I waited until morning, spoke to a live agent on SE's live support service. He confirmed that the transfer had been completed but I'm still on Faerie...

He recommended that I speak to a GM regarding the matter, I sent a message immediately. That was about 8 hours ago.

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wait in game for a message, or if they'd send me an email or anything about the situation...

Just not sure if it's supposed to take this long, or if I just blew 18 bucks for nothing.

If anyone has any ideas or how I could remedy this, it'd be greatly appreciated.

The loadstone shows you on Faerie. Did you transfer the right character? Do you have any characters currently on Hyperion?

I do not. Only characters I have on the Primal data center are on Leviathan.

I got an email from them, saying that either my retainers have items for sale on the market board.

I checked both of them, neither of them have items for sale.

Or that I have too much gil.

I only have about 807k gil and none of my retainers. According to the website you can have up to date 1m, and 100k on each retainer...

Been 3 days now and I'm starting to get pretty aggrivated...

At the start menu have you gone into the data center selection and choose Primal? It won't be your retainers.. from memory you can't even make the transaction if your retainers have items on the mb

I've checked Primal several times on login, my character is still on Faerie.
