odd Input lag/sillyness

I noticed after this patch that every 6 seconds give or take my mouse or keyboard kind of stop responding for almost 1 second, if I have a key pressed it acts like its being held down for that period, or if nothing is pressed its not seeing it. Its not the graphics engine at all, since I've tested looking at an aetherite crystal and it doesnt stop rotating at all.

Any ideas on the cause of this?

I found that if I uninstalled Logitech Gaming Software 8.00, that the issue diminishes alot, its still there every 6 seconds, but the 1 second where it ignores or holds down a key is greatly shortened.
